When you contact us
You can contact us through the website enquiry form or by email. The form asks for your name, work email and message, with optional organisation and enquiry topic. If you email us, we receive the information you include.
We use enquiry information to respond, arrange a demonstration, and discuss implementation or support. Please include only the information needed for your enquiry. Detailed operational data can be discussed separately.
Website enquiries
The enquiry form is processed on our Namecheap hosting and sends the details you provide to info@aquantify.com through email. Responses from this website form are not stored in Microsoft Forms. A short-lived session cookie protects the form submission, and a temporary record of hashed IP addresses and request counts helps limit spam.
Please enter contact details so we can reply, and avoid including passwords or confidential operational data.
Hosting and email services
This website is hosted by Namecheap, and business email is handled through Microsoft 365. These providers process information as part of delivering hosting, security and email services.
Hosting and security services may record technical information such as an IP address, requested page, browser information and request time. This helps deliver the website and investigate access or security issues.
Fonts and other website requests
The website loads its page fonts through Google Fonts. Your browser makes requests to Google’s servers to obtain those files. Images and product screenshots are served from our website hosting.
The website has no embedded third-party form or video player, advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Microsoft 365 processes the enquiry emails delivered to our mailbox; see the Microsoft privacy statement linked below.
