Sign in to Aquantify

Before you start

Have the Aquantify application address supplied by your organisation and an invited user account. Use the account whose email address matches the invitation.

Sign in and choose your site

1. Open your organisation’s Aquantify application address in a browser.
2. Complete the configured sign-in flow if prompted.
3. If Home asks you to confirm your email, follow the confirmation link and complete it from your mailbox.
4. Choose the site you need in the top bar.
5. Open the required page from the navigation menu. The pages and actions available depend on your roles and access.

Check your access

Confirm the selected site before opening tasks or reviewing records. If an expected page or record is missing, ask your administrator to check your account, roles and partition access.

Common problems

I can sign in but cannot see the expected page.

Check the selected site and the account used to sign in. Your administrator can review the account’s Active state, assigned roles and data access.

I am being asked to confirm my email.

Use the confirmation link offered by Home and check the mailbox for the account you were invited with.

I do not have an application address or invitation.

Ask your organisation’s Aquantify administrator for the correct address and access.
